Ranger Beads - Pace Count Beads
Pace Count Beads, also known as Ranger Beads are a common tool used to determine how far you have walked in the wilderness.
In this video we will show you how to make and use a set of ranger beads, how to determine what your pace count is and how to use them with a topographical map and compass.
Ranger beads are simple to make and inexpensive. I suggest you add a set (or two) to your survival gear. Attach them to your compass and/or survival kit.
